Fred, over at fredmckinnon.com has got a great series going about CCLI's top 25 songs. This week he posted about Open The Eyes of My Heart by Paul Baloche.
As I was looking over the lyrics of this simple yet powerful song, I began to remember fondly all the times we used to sing this song back at my former home church in Jesup, Georgia. This was one of our "go-to" songs. It's so easy and so singable. Paul Baloche really received a ... Read More

Thursday: 3 miles (podrunner pace 147 BPM)
Saturday: 3+ miles (podrunner pace 154 BPM)
Good: I feel great. More energy throughout the day (which seems the exact opposite of what you'd think). No sodas all week. Looking forward to running this evening. Our mile pace is getting a little quicker each run so that's nice.
Bad: Really sore. ... Read More

We had one of our best days yesterday. I really enjoyed our time of musical worship yesterday. The team was on, the setlist was perfect, and people really connected with God and with what we were doing.
1) You Are Good (Israel Hougthon) Key of E: An old favorite. I had told the team during our midweek rehearsal that we might be shelving this song as we add 2 new songs the nest 2 months. We typically rotate a new one in and ... Read More
