Today while waiting for my good buddy to meet me for lunch I had some fun with the iSight camera on the mac. Some of you very observant folks have noticed that the images are mirrored. As of yet I haven’t been able to remedy that.

What I’ve read though, is that apple thought it would be intuitive to make the video appears as a mirror so as not to disorient the person who is using iSight to do video chat online with. Makes sense, but also makes for some backwards picture taking.

You might be wondering where I got my insanely cool fruit hat from?

A few of the girls on our worship team lovingly and painstakingly made it for me one night when they found out I was playing drums that weekend. We were doing the song “All Around” (Houghton) which we do in kind of an island groove. Thus the fruit hat was born. Although, I didn’t actually wear it while playing, it was a very sweet gesture!
