So this is the inaugural Saturday Songwriting post. From here on out I’ll be dedicating my Saturday blogs to songwriting.

1. So that I can get back in the swing of things with my songwriting (I’ve been lazy lately).
2. To share what I’m working on with the Body of Christ.
3. To solicit constructive feedback from those who are genuinely interested in helping me carve these songs from rough to polished.

Saturday Songwriting #1: Rhythm

This is a song I’m piecing together to go with a message series we’re doing at House of Joy, based on the Olympics. It’s a parenting series, but the message itself is all about God’s rhythms and aligning our lives to them.
